Searching
Researchers can quickly search through millions of pages of text and thousands of records using the power of the Internet. Users can employ a keyword or a records search and even a full-text search to access the information they seek in a fraction of the time previously spent on the research phase.
Full Text
Users can search the full text of nearly 11 million pages for specific words or phrases, which allows precise and comparative research in every area of law.
Keyword
Entering a keyword or phrase in the search field scans the case name, counsels and organizations that authored the records and briefs and returns matching results.
Search Results
Search results are presented and from this list scholars have the ability to link directly to the actual records. Researchers may click on the case titles to access the desired work. Digital facsimiles, or images of the document’s pages are presented and may be viewed on screen, saved (or marked) for later reference, printed and InfoMarked for future use such as reading lists or directing others researchers to a specific search. Within these results, the user may search with advanced page navigation options by entering a page number or choosing from a list of pages that have a match for the search term entered.
