Hear from Librarians

“We’ve been offering Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test and Career Prep for several years now and we’ve had many patrons report significant score improvements on graduate and professional program entrance tests such as the LSAT and MCAT. This resource has truly been a game-changer for our library. It provides a digital alternative to our paper-based test prep resources, which are in high demand, particularly for military aptitude tests.”
Suzy Murray, e-resources librarian at Sacramento Public Library

“The thing I like best about Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test and Career Prep is that it has up-to-date practice eBooks for a wide variety of tests. To provide all of these up-to-date eBooks in print would be very expensive and time-consuming for staff. We love that we have a tool so our customers can access these types of materials from their own homes, 24/7. Whether our customers are looking to improve SAT scores or studying to be a nurse, Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test and Career Prep can help. The tools and features used most by my customers are the career tools (advice, resumé help, etc.) and test prep and practice tests (SATs, LSATs, Praxis, ASVAB, etc.). We’ve had a lot of success with the amount of use the product gets. So far in 2023, our customers have logged in over sixteen thousand times. I would advise other libraries who are considering Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test and Career Prep that it really is a very comprehensive product that can help such a wide variety of learners and job seekers. It’s very easy to use and the information is very up-to-date.”
