Employability skills, such as collaboration and problem solving, are essential abilities or competencies necessary for an individual to be successful in the global workplace. Whether a student's postsecondary plan is to pursue further education or direct workforce placement, all learners need these specific skills. The authors have developed an employability-skills framework to provide educators with the ability to nurture nine essential skill sets in their students by integrating activities into their current curriculum content. The framework can embed with ease in any school's existing schedule.
