Zhang Qingmin, a JD Doctor of Laws and professor of International Relations at Peking University where he lectures on Diplomacy of Contemporary China and Diplomatic Policy Analysis in both English and Chinese and teaches English in Diplomacy. His publications include A Reader on China's Foreign Relations, Contemporary China and Its Foreign Policy, (co-author and editor) 50 Years of Sino-American and Sino-Japanese Relations, Policy Studies of US Arms Sales to Taiwan: from the Perspective of Decision Making.
