Xi Qiaojuan is the director of the Institute of Education Studies, School of Humanities, Beijing Institute of Technology. She is also the deputy director of the Beijing Higher Education Management Association and the director of the National Higher Education Management Association, Higher Education Assessment Association, and Laboratory Research Association. She serves on the editorial board for journals such as Laboratory Technology and Management and Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology. She was involved in several scientific research projects at the municipal and ministerial levels. She is the author of Technology-based Strategies for Strengthening China and Public Administration in China.; Zhang Aixiu works at the CCP's Organizational Office of the Beijing Institute of Technology. She was involved in the compilation of University Management: Research and Exploration and has published several academic theses related to university education in China.
