YANG Kaifeng is a professor at the School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China, and a fellow of the US National Academy of Public Administration. He has published over 60 academic papers in international ournals such as ournal of Public Administration Research and Theory and Public Administration Review, and presented more than 100 research papers at international conferences. He is the editor of Public Performance & Management Review . His research and teaching interests include public management, performance management, public participation, and accountability, among others.
