Xi Jinping on Ideological and Political Education

WU Fulai is a professor and vice-chairman of the University Council of Renmin University of China (RUC). He is also a researcher at several institutions of the RUC, including the Academy of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the National Academy of Development and Strategy, and the Center for Ethical Studies at the National Key Research Bases for Humanities and Social Sciences under the Ministry of Education. Wu is the author or co-author of more than ten monographs, and has published over 40 academic papers. His main research interests are ideological and political education, traditional Chinese ethics, and the development of contemporary ethics.; WANG Yi is a professor, doctoral supervisor, executive vice-president, and Party secretary at the School of Marxism Studies, Renmin University of China. She also serves as the executive deputy director of the Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Teaching and Research on the Courses of Ideological and Political Theory. Wang has won the awards of National Outstanding Teacher and Most Beautiful Teachers in China. Her main areas of research include Marxism, ideological and political education, and comparative study of moral education in China and other countries.
