These series focus on the relationships of the Hanoverian rulers with Flanders, Holland and Germany as well as the major European power of the Holy Roman Empire. Diplomacy is enacted and intelligence gathered in the correspondence with the major centres of The Hague, Vienna, Brussels and Hamburg, as well as Switzerland and smaller princely courts.
