ACCESSING THE ECOMMERCE SITE
You can setup or access your MyAccount via gale.com. Bookmark it! Once on the website, click Sign In for current account holders or Register to request new access.
SIGN IN FOR CURRENT MYACCOUNT HOLDERS
If you already have a MyAccount setup on gale.com, then good news! We have migrated your account to our new platform.
If you have not activated your migrated account, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to gale.com.
2. Click Sign In.
3. NEW! When you click Sign In, you will navigate to the OKTA SSO page for an added layer of security. Enter your Email address in the Email field.
4. Click the Need help signing in? link.
5. Click the Forgot password? link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once you activate your account, you can log onto the site, search the catalog, place an order, seek support, and access MyAccount.

REGISTRATION FOR FIRST-TIME USERS
First-time users to our ecommerce experience will need to register for a new account completing this simple form.
- Once registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email for your new registration request.
- Registration can take up to 24 – 48 hours for approval by the Customer Experience team. You will receive a second email when the request has been approved.

You can supply credit card information at the time of placing an order. If you are paying posted invoices with a credit card, however, please call the Customer Experience Team at (800) 877-4253, option 4.

Have special instructions/requests for your order? You can add special instructions or requests related to your order at the point of check-out.
Interesed in Gale eBooks? Get direct access to the eBook catalog. When performing a search on the gale.com home page, your results default to our subscription products. For direct access to eBooks, bookmark the general eBooks catalog at https://www.gale.com/s?result-type=ebooks. -
TROUBLESHOOTING
Registration
- Confirm you are registering with the correct account number.
- If you receive an error message stating your account number is invlaid you should submit a case to the Customer Experience Team so the account can be reviewed.
Login
- If you are receiving an invalid password error, please try again or reset your password.
- If you are locked out of your account, you can request to have it unlocked.
Ordering1. Make sure you're running the most up to date version of one these supported browsers:

- Safari
2. Clear your browser cache or use an incognito window to ensure you are viewing the most up to date version of the website.
3. Many errors resolve themselves within minutes. If you receive an error please try refreshing your broswer and trying the action again.
