Track Patterns at Every Branch
The Branch Insights app tracks cardholders' use across various branches in a single library system. The analysis provides insight into where and how individual consumer types are engaging the library system, so branches can tailor the materials, programs, services and outreach at the branch level.Patrons are classified into three categories based on which branches they use: only their home branch, their home branch and at least one non-home branch, or one or more non-home branches. The analysis begins with an overall map of all branch library locations, home branch patrons, and multi-branch patrons. and then matches patron records to Experian Mosaic lifestyle characteristics. Results can be broken down to the branch level with a set of maps and Mosaic segmentation reports.
